Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire. Buy them when you need them, use them at your own pace.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Your messages will still be delivered, but without translation. You can buy more credits at any time to resume automatic translation.

Can I chat with someone who doesn't have an account?

Yes! When you invite someone, they receive 25 free credits. Enough to have a real conversation and see the value before buying.

How does group billing work?

The group admin buys credits. All translations within the group use the admin's credits. Members don't need to buy anything. The admin can track usage in the dashboard and buy more credits when needed.

Do I need credits if we speak the same language?

No. Credits are only used when a message is translated. If you both speak English, no credits are used.

What payment methods are accepted?

We use Mollie for secure payments. You can pay with iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Bancontact, PayPal, Apple Pay, and SEPA bank transfer. More methods may be available depending on your country.
